A: Not at the moment—credits stick to the phone number used at checkout.

Q: The AI wrote something off. Can you fix it?

A: Tell us what went wrong and we’ll review. While we can’t refund for general content preferences, we can offer tips to steer future chapters toward your exact vibe.

Q: Can I download my stories?

A: For now, copy and paste to save externally. A proper export option is on our roadmap.

Q: Where do promo codes go?

A: Enter a promo code during login. After you authenticate, the credits appear in your balance automatically.
